To make blocking work, you can change an existing blocking level or add a new one. Here we start this example from adding a new blocking level.
As in Figure 1.1, add a new blocking level named "Blocking QQ".

As in Figure 1.2, you should check "Block Tecent QQ".

Then you need to set the blocking level for computers which you want to implement this blocking policy in the "User-computer Table". Please refer to Modify The User-computer Table.
Because QQ use both TCP and UDP to communicate, so you also need to block udp port in the router.

Please refer to "Add A New Blocking Level". Add a new blocking level named "Blocking QQ file transfer".
As in Figure 2.1, you should check the "Block QQ file transfer".

Then you need to set the blocking level for computers which you want to implement this blocking policy in the "User-computer Table". Please refer to Modify The User-computer Table.
Because QQ use both TCP and UDP to communicate, so you also need to block udp port in the router.

As in Figure 3.1, you should check the "Customize ID access rules".

Then you need to set the blocking level for computers which you want to implement this blocking policy in the "User-computer Table". Please refer to Modify The User-computer Table.
For example, select the "use black list". Add qq accounts you want to block into the "Black List". One account per line.
As shown in Figure 3.2, we add "QQ 24013335" and "QQ 12345678" in "Black List" in order to block the two accounts.

Click "Modify" to save the configurations.
You need to set the blocking level for computers which you want to implement this blocking policy. As in Figure 3.3, choose the "Blocking chat" blocking level in the "Blocking rules". Remember to click "Save" to save configurations.

Each router's configuration may be different.
If you've blocked UDP 8000 and 8001 successfully, QQ's login port in "Chatting Online" will change to 80 or 443.
